Beef is thinly sliced and dipped in boiling broth before being put into Bun Bo Hue bowl. People usually enjoy Bun Bo Hue with a little chili powder, spices and fresh vegetables including bean sprouts, herbs, lettuce, mustard sprouts, and julienne banana.
